Terms of Service
By purchasing, downloading or using One Dream AI ("the EA"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the EA.
1. What you are buying
The EA is a software licence for an automated trading tool. It is a digital product delivered electronically. It is not an investment, a managed fund, or a promise of income of any kind.
2. Licence — personal use only
Your licence is a single-user, non-transferable licence for your personal use only.
You may not share, resell, rent, lend, sublicense, distribute, copy or publish the EA or your licence files to any other person, group, or account not approved by our team.
You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the EA's source code or strategy logic.
Breach of this section terminates your licence immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to disable licence keys found to be shared.
3. No financial advice
One Dream FX is not a licensed or regulated financial advisor, broker, or fund manager. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in our communities constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a personal recommendation. Any decision to trade is yours alone, made at your own risk.
4. Trading risk
Trading leveraged products such as gold (XAUUSD) carries a high level of risk and can result in losses exceeding your deposits. Past performance — including any verified track record, statistic or example shown by us — is not a reliable indicator of future results. No level of profit is promised, implied or guaranteed. The EA can and will have losing trades, losing days and losing periods. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own broker account, its funding, and compliance with your broker's terms and the laws of your country.
You must follow our team's setup requirements (approved broker, account type, leverage, VPS and settings) for the EA to function as designed.
You are responsible for maintaining your VPS/computer uptime and internet connection.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to trade in your jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of liability
The EA and all related services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Dream FX and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, broker failures, slippage, spread widening, VPS or connectivity outages, data errors, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the EA. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the EA.
7. Support and updates
Lifetime support and updates refer to the commercial lifetime of the One Dream AI product. Support is provided via our official channels (@onedreamsupport) during reasonable hours.
9. Payments, delivery and chargebacks
By completing a purchase you confirm you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, and that you intend to buy this digital product under these terms and the Refund Policy shown at checkout.
Your licence is a digital product, delivered electronically. Delivery is complete when your licence files or download/access details are sent to the contact details you provided. We keep records of delivery, setup communications, and your use of support.
If you have any issue with your purchase, you agree to contact @onedreamsupport first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it — including through the Refund Policy — before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Initiating a chargeback while continuing to hold or use the EA, or where the product was delivered as described and the Refund Policy conditions are not met, is treated as a breach of these terms. In that event we may immediately terminate your licence, disable your licence key, and remove your access to communities, support and updates.
We actively contest illegitimate disputes and will provide the card issuer with evidence including your order record, these terms as presented at checkout, delivery logs, licence activation records, and support and setup correspondence.
Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, dispute fees and reasonable costs where permitted by law, and to refuse future service. Nothing in this section removes your right to raise a genuine dispute for fraud or non-delivery.
10. General
We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this site applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day conditional refund on the EA licence, designed to be fair to genuine users while protecting a digital product that cannot be "returned".
When a refund is available
You are eligible for a full refund only if all of the following are true:
You request the refund within 7 days of licence delivery.
The EA was run continuously for the full 7-day period on a live account, without interruption, manual interference, manual trades on the same account, or changes to the provided settings.
The account ended the 7-day period at a net loss, and the account was not profitable on half or more of the trading days in that period. If the EA was profitable for half of the week or more, the refund is void.
You followed all setup requirements issued by our team, including the approved broker, the approved account type, recommended deposit for that account type, leverage settings, and an approved VPS. Any deviation from these requirements voids the refund.
You provide verification on request: read-only investor access and/or full account history covering the 7-day period.
When a refund is not available
The EA was stopped, paused, or removed before the 7 days completed.
Settings were changed, or manual trades were placed on the account.
A non-approved broker, account type, deposit level or VPS was used, or setup instructions were not followed.
The account was profitable at the end of the period, or profitable on half or more of its trading days.
The licence was shared, transferred, or used on accounts not registered with our team.
Change of mind after delivery of the digital product, where the conditions above are not met.
Please contact us before disputing any charge with your bank — genuine issues are resolved fastest through this policy, and disputes raised without contacting us are contested with full delivery and usage evidence (see Terms, "Payments, delivery and chargebacks"). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. To request a refund, contact @onedreamsupport with your order reference and account verification. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data One Dream FX collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Contact details you give us: name, email address, Telegram handle.
Order information: what you bought, when, and your payment reference. We never see or store your full card details — card payments are processed by our payment provider, and crypto payments by the relevant payment processor.
Setup information needed to deliver the product: broker, account number for licensing, and VPS details you share with our team.
Messages you send via the website chat widget, Telegram or Discord.
Basic technical data from the website (such as pages visited) collected by our hosting platform.
How we use it
To deliver your licence, set up the EA, and provide support and updates.
To process payments and refunds and keep required business records.
To send service messages, and marketing only where you have joined our channels or consented; you can leave or unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processors, hosting and messaging platforms) and where required by law. Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact @onedreamsupport. If you are in the UK you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
